The contemporary artist Suga Kishio (born in Iwate in 1944) , known as a leading figure of Mono-Ha (a Japanese art movement in the late '60s that favored a material-based approach), creates some magnificent site-specific works at the Grand Gallery and the Open Air Exhibition Space.
