This is the first retrospective exhibition in Iwate introducing the entire scope of Kamoda Shoji, a Japanese potter, whose unique talent shone brilliantly in the ceramic world in the latter half of the twentieth century. It traces his whole career with 187 potteries and 15 other works including watercolors, sketchbooks and oil paintings.
