As a forerunner of the fine art related TV programs NHK Sunday Museum has been very popular among Japanese art fans since its debut in 1976. We present a special exhibition on commemorating 30 years of its broadcasting.
The masterpieces including the works of Uemura Shoen, Okamoto Taro and Takahashi Yuichi introduced in the program will be exhibited with the precious moving images of the artists working at their studios and the performers talking about art and artists.
